When you register to attend the ICCA-KIAC Conference, you consent to us providing ICCA with your name, affiliation, postal and email address so that ICCA can:
  1. Communicate with you by email about the Conference;
  2. Send you ICCA-related e-newsletters; and
  3. Send you information about future ICCA events.
ICCA’s use of your personal information will be governed by its Privacy Policy, available here. ICCA’s Privacy Policy may be different from KIAC’s Privacy Policy, in regards to the use and retention of your data and other matters governed by applicable law. By attending the ICCA-KIAC Conference 2025, you have consented to photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by ICCA. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar events in the future. Conference Cancellation policy
Registration Cancellation Policy
  1. Cancellation Deadline: Up to midnight GMT on 15 May 2025 – Full refund minus the refund processing fees by Bank
  2. Late Cancellation: On or after 16 May 2025 and before midnight GMT on 22 May 2025 – 40% refund per delegate minus the refund processing fees by Bank
  3. On or after 23 May 2025 – no right to refund.
  4. No-Shows: No-shows will not be eligible for a refund of the registration fee.
N.B:
  1. All cancellations must be received in writing to info@kiac.org.rw, info@iccakiac2025.org,
  2. Refund will be processed through Bank account Transfer. The application for refund shall indicate the Bank details and SWIFT or IBAN where possible.
  3. A deduction of bank transfer fee will be applicable and deducted from the amount to be refunded
  4. The total bank transfer fee will be communicated to the applicant for information and confirmation before KIAC effects the refund.
